shipping policy

After order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. During this time, you will receive a tracking number via email. Generally, shipping takes about 5-7 days. For all sale orders, please allow up to 7-10 business days. Generally, orders will be shipped and received sooner than the time frames above. When your order is shipped we will email you with a tracking number. We only ship to the address provided. After orders are placed we are unable to change shipping addresses. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to a holiday.

return & exchange policy

All sales are FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. NO returns or exchanges. If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. For wigs, hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, tried on, nor processed in anyway. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return. Shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed.
